Restoration Leads

Restoration leads for contractors who handle fire, smoke, mold and storm damage. We run the ads, take the call or the form, and route it to your dispatch by ZIP and damage type. Form leads are phone-verified, and every inquiry comes from a property owner or manager with damage to deal with, sold to you alone or shared with a set number of buyers.

What you can buy

  • Inbound emergency calls

A property owner with fresh damage calls a tracking number and it rings your dispatch line. Calls route by ZIP, damage type and the hours your crew answers.

  • Phone-verified web leads

Form inquiries for fire, smoke, mold and storm jobs, verified by text code at submission. Each one notes the damage type, when it happened and whether a claim is open.

  • Mold-only programs

Inspection and remediation requests kept apart from emergency traffic, so your mold team works its own queue at its own pace.

  • Water damage as its own program

Extraction and dry-out jobs run on a separate program with their own routing. Our water damage leads page covers that trade in detail.

Pay-per-call

Pay-per-call restoration leads

Fire and storm calls come at the worst hour. A family standing in a smoke-filled kitchen, or a property manager looking at a torn-open roof, calls the first company that sounds ready to board up and start. Mold calls run at a different pace. The caller found growth, wants an inspection and can usually wait a few days.

So fire, storm and mold each get their own tracking number and their own routing. Fire and board-up calls can ring your on-call line overnight, and mold calls go to the office during business hours. Each damage type bills against a definition set with you before launch, built from call length, the damage reported, or both.

  • One tracking number per damage type and traffic source
  • Fire and board-up calls to your on-call crew overnight, mold calls to the office
  • A billable-call definition by damage type, written into your agreement
  • Recordings your estimators can listen to before the site visit
  • Storm-week caps so calls don't outrun your crews

How billable calls are defined and tracked

  1. The personCalls a tracking number from our ad or page
  2. The routingGoes to your team by ZIP and business hours
  3. Your teamPicks up a caller who asked for what you sell
  4. The billCounts once the call meets the definition we agreed

What we ask before a lead reaches you

Every inquiry answers the questions your estimator would ask first.

Before a lead reaches youChecked
  • Type of damage: fire, smoke, mold, storm or water
  • When the damage happened
  • Residential or commercial property
  • Owns the property or manages it
  • Whether an insurance claim is open or planned
  • Whether the property is livable right now
  • Property ZIP code
Consent and compliance

Consent and compliance

Every form lead confirms its phone number with a text code (OTP) at submission and carries a TrustedForm certificate, so you hold a record of the consent and the page the person saw.

You hold the trade licenses, registrations and certifications your state and the job require, including any mold remediation license. If you work insurance jobs, you follow your state's rules on what a contractor may do in a claim, including the line between contractor and public adjuster. Our ads make no promises about claim approval or coverage.

The math

Run your own numbers

A restoration lead is worth what it turns into on a signed work authorization. Measure it there.

  1. 1Line

Cost per inspection = what you spend on leads and calls ÷ inspections your team runs

  2. 2Line

Cost per signed job = cost per inspection ÷ the share of inspections that sign a work authorization

  3. 3Line

Margin per job = average invoice, including the carrier-paid portion, minus job costs minus cost per signed job

  4. 4Line

Run it separately for fire, mold and storm, since ticket size and close rate differ by damage type

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Are restoration leads sold to just me?

You choose. Web leads can be sold to you alone or shared with a set number of buyers. Each call rings one buyer: you take every call in your area, or share the rotation with a set number of buyers. The terms are written into your program before anything runs.

Can you separate fire, mold and storm jobs?

Yes. Each damage type can run as its own program with its own routing and pricing. Your mold team doesn't get board-up calls, and your emergency crew doesn't get inspection requests.

Do you handle water damage too?

Yes, as a separate program. Water extraction and dry-out have their own search behavior and their own urgency, so they get their own ads and routing. See our water damage leads page.

How do leads and calls reach us?

Calls ring the number you give us, whether that's dispatch, an answering service or a call center. Form leads post to your CRM, job management software or email in real time, with the damage details attached.

What if a lead or call is bad?

Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead. For calls, the billable-call definition we agree on up front decides what counts.

What areas do you cover, and how does pricing work?

Coverage and pricing are set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume.
