Home Improvement Leads

Home improvement leads across the remodel trades: bath, kitchen, windows, siding, gutters and flooring. Each trade runs as its own program, so a siding contractor never pays for a flooring inquiry. Homeowners are phone-verified, and calls route to your sales office by ZIP and project.

What you can buy

  • Trade-by-trade programs

Bath, kitchen, windows, siding, gutters and flooring each run on their own ads, forms and routing. Buy one trade or several, priced separately.

  • Phone-verified project leads

Homeowners who filled out a project form and confirmed their number by text code. Each lead carries the trade, rough scope and timeline.

  • Inbound project calls

Homeowners call a tracking number from our ads and reach your office or call center during the hours you set.

  • Detail your setters can use

We ask about decision makers and financing interest, so your setters know who needs to be home for the estimate and what options to bring.

Pay-per-call

Pay-per-call home improvement leads

Remodel calls come from homeowners who already have a project picked out and want to know what it takes. The call reaches your office through a tracking number, and your team books the in-home estimate while the homeowner is still on the line.

Routing follows the way your company is built: ZIP, trade and hours. If your bath division and your window division use different call centers, each gets its own number and its own schedule.

None of this work is an emergency, so calls run only while your setters are staffed and pause when they aren't. Each trade gets its own billable definition, agreed before the first call and built from call length, a homeowner check, or both.

  • Tracking numbers by trade, source and market
  • Separate call centers per division, each on its own schedule
  • A billable-call definition per trade
  • Recorded calls you can pull for disputes and setter coaching
  • Daily caps per trade sized to your estimate calendar

Consent and compliance

Consent and compliance

Form leads confirm their phone number with a text code (OTP) at submission, and each one carries a TrustedForm certificate you can store with the record.

You hold the contractor license or home improvement registration your state requires, and you follow its home improvement contract rules, including written contracts and the cancellation notice owed on sales made in the home. If you offer financing, the lender's disclosure rules apply to you and your lender. Our ads don't quote prices or financing terms.

The math

Run your own numbers

In-home sales lives on appointments that actually run and contracts that stay signed. Follow a lead all the way there.

  1. 1Line

Cost per appointment = lead spend ÷ appointments set

  2. 2Line

Cost per issued appointment = lead spend ÷ appointments your reps actually ran

  3. 3Line

Cost per net sale = lead spend ÷ contracts signed, minus cancellations

  4. 4Line

Marketing share = cost per net sale ÷ average contract value

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Can I buy just one trade?

Yes. Every trade is its own program. A gutter company can buy gutters only, and a multi-trade remodeler can run several programs with separate routing and pricing.

Do bathroom and window programs have their own pages?

Yes. See bathroom remodel leads for walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions and accessible baths, and window leads for replacement windows sold through in-home consults.

Are leads sold to me alone?

Your choice. Web leads can be sold to you alone or shared with a set number of buyers. Each call rings one buyer: you take every call in your area, or share the rotation with a set number of buyers. That's written into your program.

How are leads delivered?

Form leads post in real time to your CRM, scheduling software or email with the trade and scope attached. Calls ring the office, call center or setter line you choose.

What about returns?

Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead. Calls are judged against the billable-call definition we agree on before launch.

Which markets do you cover, and how is it priced?

Coverage and pricing are set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume.
