Pay-Per-Call Leads
We buy media that makes people pick up the phone, then route those calls to the businesses that buy them. Our pay per call leads run in home services, insurance, legal, consumer finance, business funding and motivated sellers. We've delivered 2,000 calls a month to one of the largest home-service lead buyers in the US.
Who this program is for
Businesses whose sales start on the phone and want callers who dialed because of an ad for the work they do.
- Home service contractors and home-service lead buyers
- Insurance agencies and call centers
- Personal injury and MVA law firms
- Tax resolution and debt relief firms
- MCA funders, ISOs and business lenders
- Real estate investors and wholesalers
Calls by vertical
Home services calls
Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, solar, water damage, restoration, pest control, windows, bathroom remodels and home improvement. The contractor holds the trade license.
Insurance calls
Final expense, life, Medicare and auto. The agent or agency holds the license, and Medicare calls follow the CMS rules for third-party marketing organizations.
Legal calls
Personal injury and motor vehicle accident inquiries for law firms. We sell advertising-generated inquiries, and the firm decides which matters to take.
Consumer finance calls
Tax relief and debt settlement callers for resolution firms and debt relief companies.
Business funding calls
Businesses calling about merchant cash advances, business loans and multi-product funding, for funders, lenders and brokers.
Motivated seller calls
Homeowners who want to sell fast or as-is, for investors, wholesalers and iBuyers.
How billable calls are defined and tracked
Every program gets its own tracking numbers. A consumer sees our ad, calls the number, and the call routes to you by ZIP code, state, time of day or whatever split your team needs.
Before launch we write down what makes a call billable: a minimum call length, a qualification point, or both. Calls that don't meet it don't bill, and the definition only changes when both sides agree in writing.
A short IVR question can sit in front of the call, such as whether the caller owns the home or how much they owe, so the ones that reach your line already match your program.
- Tracking numbers per program and per traffic source
- Routing by ZIP code, state and business hours
- Billable-call definition agreed in writing up front
- A recording of every call
- Hourly, daily and monthly caps
- The personCalls a tracking number from our ad or page
- The routingGoes to your team by ZIP and business hours
- Your teamPicks up a caller who asked for what you sell
- The billCounts once the call meets the definition we agreed
What we set before a call reaches you
Each vertical gets its own screening, agreed before launch, so callers match the work you actually do.
- Your service area by ZIP code or state
- The service or product the caller is asking about
- Your hours, so calls only ring when someone can answer
- How repeat callers are handled
- Vertical qualifiers such as homeownership, debt type or accident date
- The call length or qualifier that makes a call billable
Consent and compliance
Calls start with the consumer dialing a number from our ad, and every call is recorded. Form leads in our programs are phone-verified by text code at submission and carry a TrustedForm certificate.
Each buyer holds the license its work requires and follows its own industry's rules: trade licenses for contractors, insurance licenses and CMS rules for Medicare, state bar advertising rules for law firms, and the Telemarketing Sales Rule for tax and debt relief. We don't promise outcomes, approvals or cases in any vertical.
Run your own numbers
Judge a call program on cost per job, policy, client or funded deal. Cost per call is only the input.
- 1Line
Cost per billable call = what you spent ÷ calls that met the definition
- 2Line
Cost per sale = what you pay per call ÷ the share of billable calls you close
- 3Line
Value per call = what one sale is worth to you × the share of calls you close
- 4Line
Most you can pay per call = value per call, minus your own cost to handle it
Questions buyers ask
What makes a call billable?
A definition we agree on before launch: a minimum call length, a qualification point, or both. It's written into your agreement, and calls that don't meet it don't bill.
Are calls sold to one buyer?
Each call rings one buyer and bills once. You can be the only buyer in your market, or one of a set number of buyers the calls rotate between. It's set per program.
Can I limit calls to my service area and hours?
Yes. Calls route by ZIP code or state and only during the hours you set. Caps by hour, day or month keep volume at what your team can answer.
Which verticals can I buy calls in?
Home services, insurance, legal, consumer finance, business funding and motivated sellers. Each one has its own page with the screening and compliance details for that vertical.
What if a call is bad?
Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead. Recordings settle any question about a specific call.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume. You pay per billable call.
