Roofing Leads

This program is for roofing contractors who want homeowners asking for an inspection, a repair or a full replacement in the ZIP codes they already work. We buy the media, phone-verify every form, and send you roofing leads and inbound calls split the way your sales team is split: storm and insurance work on one side, retail replacement on the other.

Who it's for

Who this program is for

Roofers who run a real sales process and want more inspections on the calendar. We have been in market since 2008, and storm crews and retail teams both fit here because we feed them separately.

  • Storm restoration contractors working hail and wind markets
  • Insurance restoration companies that handle claim-driven jobs
  • Retail replacement contractors who sell on financing
  • Multi-crew roofers covering several metros
  • Roofing companies with in-house canvassing and inside sales
  • Residential roofers adding gutters, siding or skylights

What you can buy

  • Phone-verified inspection requests

Homeowners who filled out a form asking for a roof inspection or estimate. Each one confirmed their phone number by text code before the form submitted.

  • Inbound roofing calls

Homeowners who dialed a tracking number from our ads about a leak, storm damage or a replacement quote. The call rings your office and bills only when it meets the definition we set together.

  • Storm-market campaigns

When hail or high wind hits ZIP codes you serve, we can move spend into those areas so your storm team gets inspection requests where the damage is.

  • Retail replacement leads

Homeowners with an aging roof and no active claim, asking about replacement cost, materials and financing. Built for retail closers who sell on the first or second visit.

  • Repair and leak calls

Smaller tickets that can turn into a replacement once your rep is on the roof. You decide whether you want them in the program at all.

Pay-per-call

Pay-per-call roofing leads

Roofing calls come in two kinds. Right after a storm, homeowners call about damage they can see from the yard and want to know where insurance fits. In a dry month, the calls are about a slow leak, a roof at the end of its life, or a price on new shingles. We run both and route them apart, so your storm team and your retail closers each work their own calls.

The homeowner dials a tracking number from our ad or one of our sites. The call routes by ZIP code, by job type (storm, retail or repair) and by the hours your office answers. Before the first one rings, we agree on what makes a roofing call billable: a call length, a check that the caller owns the home, or both.

Our home-services call work includes 2,000 calls a month for one of the largest home-service lead buyers in the US. Your storm and retail lines run on the same tracking and routing.

  • A tracking number per storm market and per offer, so you can see what drove each call
  • After-hours storm calls sent to a second line or held until your office opens
  • Storm, retail and repair calls each with their own written billable definition
  • Recordings your sales manager can pull to hear how an inspection got booked
  • Caps per market, so a hail week doesn't bury your inspectors

How billable calls are defined and tracked

  2. The routingGoes to your team by ZIP and business hours
  3. Your teamPicks up a caller who asked for what you sell
  4. The billCounts once the call meets the definition we agreed

What we ask before a lead reaches you

Each question is one a roofing rep would ask on the first call.

Before a lead reaches youChecked
  • Owns the home
  • Property ZIP inside your service area
  • What they need: inspection, repair or replacement
  • Storm damage, and whether an insurance claim is filed or planned
  • Roof material: asphalt shingle, metal, tile or flat
  • Rough age of the roof
  • When they want the work done
  • Interest in financing for a retail replacement
Consent and compliance

Consent and compliance

Every form lead is phone-verified by a text code (OTP) at submission and carries a TrustedForm certificate, so you hold a record of the consent and the page it was given on. Inbound calls are placed by the homeowner to a tracking number from our ad.

You hold the roofing or contractor license and any registration your state or city requires, and you follow your state's rules on what a contractor may say and do in an insurance claim. We don't handle claims, and our ads never promise a free roof or a paid claim.

The math

Run your own numbers

Cost per lead tells you very little in roofing. Judge us on what a signed contract costs you, and run storm and retail separately because they close differently.

  1. 1Line

Cost per inspection = what you pay per lead or call ÷ the share that books an inspection

  2. 2Line

Cost per signed contract = cost per inspection ÷ the share of inspections that sign

  3. 3Line

Profit per job = gross margin on your average job − cost per signed contract

  4. 4Line

Run the same math for storm and for retail, then put more volume behind the side that pays you more

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Are the leads sold to me alone?

You choose when we build the program. Web leads can be sold to you alone or shared with a set number of buyers. Each call rings one buyer: you take every call in your area, or share the rotation with a set number of buyers. The terms are written into your agreement.

Can I take storm work and skip retail, or the other way around?

Yes. Storm, retail replacement and repair run as separate campaigns with their own routing and their own billable-call definitions. Take any mix of them.

How do leads and calls get to my team?

Form leads post to your CRM as they come in, or arrive by email and text if you don't run one. Calls ring the numbers you give us, by ZIP and by hour. Every lead carries the homeowner's answers so your rep doesn't start cold.

What happens with a bad lead?

Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead. For calls, the recording settles it against the billable-call definition we agreed on.

Which areas do you cover, and what does it cost?

Coverage and pricing are set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume. Storm work and retail work can be priced separately because they behave differently.

Is there a minimum?

Minimums are set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume.

What does Apply now do?

You tell us your markets, volume and how you want leads delivered. We review it and come back with a program.
