Plumbing Leads

For plumbing companies that run service trucks and want the phone ringing with real work. We send plumbing leads and inbound calls for burst pipes, backed-up drains, dead water heaters and bigger jobs like slab leaks and repipes, each routed to your dispatch by ZIP and by the hours you answer.

Products

What you can buy

  • Emergency plumbing calls

Active leaks, burst pipes, overflowing toilets and sewer backups. The homeowner calls from our ad and the call rings your dispatch inside the ZIPs and hours you set.

  • Drain and sewer calls

Slow and clogged drains, main line backups and requests for a camera inspection. Good first tickets that can uncover a sewer line repair or replacement.

  • Water heater leads

Homeowners with no hot water or a leaking tank, pricing a replacement. Each lead says tank or tankless, gas or electric, and whether it is leaking now.

  • Slab leak and repipe leads

Higher-ticket form leads from homeowners with a slab leak, repeat pinhole leaks, or old galvanized or polybutylene pipe. Your estimator gets the house details before the visit.

  • Scheduled repair requests

Running toilets, dripping faucets, low water pressure and fixture installs. Lower urgency, booked into open slots on your board.

Pay-per-call

Pay-per-call plumbing leads

Nobody fills out a form while water is coming through the ceiling. Emergency plumbing is a phone call, and our ads send that caller to a tracking number that rings your dispatch.

Emergency and scheduled work run as separate campaigns. Each routes by ZIP, service type and your hours, so a burst pipe at 2 a.m. goes to your on-call plumber while a Tuesday faucet call goes to the office. We write the billable definition with you first: a call length plus a caller who owns or manages the property and needs a service you offer. Work you don't do, like gas lines or sewer replacement, can be listed as non-billable.

A drain call can turn into a camera inspection and a sewer line replacement. Recordings let your CSRs hear how those calls were booked, and they show plainly when a call missed the definition. This runs on the call operation behind 2,000 calls a month for one of the largest home-service lead buyers in the US.

  • Separate tracking numbers for emergency, scheduled and big-ticket work
  • Night and weekend emergencies routed to your on-call plumber
  • Services you don't offer written into the definition as non-billable
  • A recording of every call
  • Daily caps per market so calls match the trucks you have on the road

What we ask before a lead reaches you

Your dispatcher needs to know how urgent the job is and what the tech should bring, so those are the questions we ask.

Before a lead reaches youChecked
  • Owns the home, or manages the property
  • Service ZIP
  • The problem: leak, clog, no hot water, sewer backup or low pressure
  • Whether water is leaking now and if the main is shut off
  • Where it is: kitchen, bath, water heater, main line or under the slab
  • Water heater type and fuel, for replacement leads
  • Age of the home and pipe material if known, for repipes
  • Needs help right now, or wants to schedule
Consent and compliance

Consent and compliance

Each form lead confirms its phone number by text code (OTP) before it submits and carries a TrustedForm certificate. Calls come from homeowners who dialed a tracking number in our ad, and each one is recorded.

You hold the plumbing license, and your plumbers pull the permits your city or county requires for water heaters, repipes, sewer line work and gas lines. Our ads don't quote prices or promise arrival times. Your dispatcher sets both.

The math

Run your own numbers

Judge the program on cost per dispatched job, and on how many of those jobs turn into a big ticket.

  1. 1Line

Cost per booked job = what you pay per billable call ÷ the share your CSRs book

  2. 2Line

Revenue per call = booking share × average ticket

  3. 3Line

Big-ticket value = share of jobs that become a water heater, sewer line or repipe × the average value of those jobs

  4. 4Line

Margin per call = (revenue per call + big-ticket value) × your gross margin − what you pay per call

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Can I get emergency calls only?

Yes. Emergency, scheduled and big-ticket work run as separate campaigns. Take the ones that fit your trucks and your techs.

Are the calls sold to me alone?

You choose. Web leads can be sold to you alone or shared with a set number of buyers. Each call rings one buyer: you take every call in your area, or share the rotation with a set number of buyers. That is written into your agreement.

What if I don't do sewer work or gas lines?

Leave them out. We build the routing and the billable-call definition around the services you offer, and calls for anything else can be written into the definition as non-billable.

Can calls go to my on-call plumber at night?

Yes. Routing follows your schedule. Night and weekend calls can go to an on-call number, or stop routing to you until you open.

What happens with a bad call or lead?

Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead. For calls, the recording is checked against the billable-call definition.

What areas do you cover and what does it cost?

Coverage and pricing are set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume.

What does Apply now do?
