What you can buy
Phone-verified web leads
Each lead confirmed its phone number with a text code before it submitted. The answers to our qualifying questions ride along with the record, ready for your dialer.
Inbound final expense calls
A senior calls a tracking number from our ads and the call rings your floor. You pay for calls that meet the definition we agree on before launch.
Sold to you alone, or shared
Choose leads sold to you alone or shared with a set number of buyers. The two are priced differently.
State-licensed footprint
We only send leads and calls from states where you hold a license and carrier appointments. Your map sets ours.
Pay-per-call final expense leads
Final expense is a phone business. Plenty of seniors would rather call than fill out a form, and an agent on the line can run the needs analysis while the caller is still motivated.
Our ads carry a tracking number. When someone calls, the call routes to your agents by state and by the hours your floor is staffed. It becomes billable once it meets the definition we set together up front: a call length, a qualification, or both.
Calls can pass a short IVR prompt before they ring through, so your agents spend their time on callers inside your state and issue-age range.
- Dedicated tracking numbers for each program
- Routing by state, ZIP and your floor's hours
- Billable-call definition agreed in writing before the first call
- Every call recorded so you can audit and coach
- Hourly and daily caps so calls never outrun your agents
- The personCalls a tracking number from our ad or page
- The routingGoes to your team by ZIP and business hours
- Your teamPicks up a caller who asked for what you sell
- The billCounts once the call meets the definition we agreed
What we ask before a lead reaches you
These questions sort out who's ready to talk coverage before your agent dials.
- Age inside your carriers' issue ages
- State and ZIP inside your licensed footprint
- Who the coverage is for: self, spouse or both
- Coverage amount they have in mind
- Tobacco use
- Existing life or burial coverage
- Best time to reach them
Consent and compliance
Every form lead is phone-verified by text code (OTP) at submission and carries a TrustedForm certificate, so you have proof of who asked to be contacted and when.
You or your agency holds the license and the carrier appointments, and you handle suitability, disclosures and any state replacement rules. DMM isn't an insurance agency and doesn't quote premiums. Our ads don't promise a price or an acceptance, so callers arrive expecting a conversation with a licensed agent.
Run your own numbers
Judge the program on cost per placed policy. A cheap lead that never reaches an application costs more than it looks.
- 1Line
Contact rate = leads you reach ÷ leads delivered
- 2Line
Close rate = applications written ÷ leads you reach
- 3Line
Cost per application = cost per lead ÷ (contact rate × close rate)
- 4Line
Cost per placed policy = cost per application ÷ the share that issue and pay, then compare it with your commission on that policy
Questions buyers ask
Are final expense leads sold to one agent?
You choose. Leads can be sold to you alone, or shared with a set number of buyers. The structure is written into your program before the first lead.
Can I limit leads to the states where I'm appointed?
Yes. You give us your licensed and appointed states and we only send leads and calls from those states. Update the list whenever your appointments change.
How do leads reach my dialer or CRM?
We post each lead in real time to your CRM or dialer by API or webhook, or by email if that's how your team works. Calls ring the number or queue you give us.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume. Web leads and inbound calls are priced separately.
What if a lead is bad?
Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead. Every lead carries its OTP check and TrustedForm certificate, so any dispute starts from the record.
