HVAC Leads
Built for heating and cooling companies that want more trucks rolling and more replacement quotes on the board. We send HVAC leads and inbound calls from homeowners with a dead system, a tune-up due or an old unit they're ready to replace, routed to your dispatch by ZIP and by the hours you answer.
Who this program is for
Residential HVAC shops with a dispatch board and a replacement sales process. If you sell maintenance agreements, the tune-up side of this program feeds that too.
- Residential service and repair companies
- Replacement-focused shops with comfort advisors
- Companies building a maintenance agreement base
- Heat pump and ductless installers
- Shops running after-hours and weekend dispatch
- Combined HVAC and plumbing companies
What you can buy
No-heat and no-cool calls
The system is down and the homeowner calls from our ad. These are the calls your CSRs book first, routed to your dispatch line in the ZIP codes you serve.
Repair and service calls
Strange noises, short cycling, frozen coils, a thermostat that won't hold temperature. Smaller first tickets that put a tech in front of the equipment.
System replacement requests
Phone-verified form leads from homeowners pricing a new furnace, AC or heat pump, with system age, fuel type and financing interest attached so your comfort advisor walks in prepared.
Tune-up and maintenance leads
Homeowners asking for a seasonal tune-up. A low first ticket, and the start of a maintenance agreement if your tech sells one.
Heat pump and ductless quotes
Homeowners asking about a heat pump conversion, or mini-splits for an addition or a room the ductwork never reached.
Pay-per-call HVAC leads
HVAC is a phone business. When the AC quits in July or the furnace quits in a cold snap, the homeowner calls the first company that looks ready to help. Our ads are built to catch that call and send it to your CSRs.
Emergency repair, tune-ups and replacements each get their own tracking number. Calls route by ZIP and by the hours dispatch is staffed, so a no-heat call at night reaches your on-call tech or waits for the morning board. Billing follows a definition we set with you before the first call, such as a call length plus a caller who owns the home.
Volume follows the thermometer. Raise your caps in a heat wave, pull them back when the board is full, and put shoulder-season spend behind replacements and maintenance plans. The routing underneath is what DMM used to deliver 2,000 calls a month to one of the largest home-service lead buyers in the US.
- Separate numbers for emergency repair, tune-up and replacement, so you see the cost of each
- Night and weekend no-heat and no-cool calls sent to your on-call tech, or held
- A billable-call definition agreed in writing before the first call
- Recordings your service manager can use to coach CSRs on booking
- Caps by market and service type that move with the weather
- The personCalls a tracking number from our ad or page
- The routingGoes to your team by ZIP and business hours
- Your teamPicks up a caller who asked for what you sell
- The billCounts once the call meets the definition we agreed
What we ask before a lead reaches you
These are the questions your CSR would ask before booking a truck.
- Owns the home, or is the landlord or property manager
- Service ZIP
- The problem: no heat, no cool, noise, a leak or a high utility bill
- Equipment: central air, furnace, heat pump, boiler or ductless
- Rough age of the system
- Fuel type: gas, electric, propane or oil
- Repair, tune-up or replacement
- Interest in financing a new system
Consent and compliance
Every form lead is phone-verified by a text code (OTP) at submission and carries a TrustedForm certificate. Calls are placed by the homeowner to a tracking number from our ad, and every call is recorded.
You hold the HVAC or mechanical contractor license, your techs hold EPA refrigerant certification, and you pull the permits your jurisdiction requires for equipment changeouts. We don't advertise rebates, tax credits or utility incentives on your behalf. If you offer them, you confirm eligibility with the homeowner.
Run your own numbers
A cheap call that never books is expensive. Judge us on cost per booked job and cost per replacement sold.
- 1Line
Cost per booked call = what you pay per billable call ÷ the share your CSRs book
- 2Line
Cost per replacement = what you pay per replacement lead ÷ the share your comfort advisors close
- 3Line
Value of a tune-up lead = first ticket + (share that sign an agreement × what an agreement is worth over its life)
- 4Line
Compare each one against your average ticket for that job type
Questions buyers ask
Can I buy calls only, with no form leads?
Yes. A program can be calls only, form leads only, or both. Replacement form leads can be added later if you start with calls.
Are the leads sold to me alone?
You choose. Web leads can be sold to you alone or shared with a set number of buyers. Each call rings one buyer: you take every call in your area, or share the rotation with a set number of buyers. That choice goes into your agreement.
What happens when my board is full?
Tell us and we lower your cap or pause routing for the day. Calls only route to you inside the caps and hours you set.
How are bad calls handled?
Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead. Every call is recorded, so a call that misses the billable definition is easy to show.
Do you run ads in both heating and cooling season?
Yes. Campaigns shift with the season, and you can weight your program toward the work you want more of, such as replacements in shoulder season.
What areas do you cover and what does it cost?
Coverage and pricing are set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume.
What does Apply now do?
