Business Loan Leads
We find small businesses that want to borrow and ask what your credit team needs first: revenue, credit range, time in business and what the money is for. These business loan leads go to term, SBA, equipment and line-of-credit lenders.
Who this program is for
Lenders that underwrite to credit, cash flow and collateral and want borrowers who fit the product they write.
- Term loan lenders
- SBA lenders working 7(a) and 504 files
- Equipment finance companies
- Line-of-credit and revolving credit lenders
- Community banks and credit unions growing small-business lending
What you can buy
Phone-verified borrower leads
Businesses that completed our loan form and confirmed their phone with a text code at submission. Each lead carries a TrustedForm certificate and the borrower's answers.
Leads tagged by loan product
Every lead is tagged with the product the borrower asked about, so SBA requests, equipment requests and line-of-credit requests go to the desk that writes them.
Equipment purchase requests
Borrowers who tell us what equipment they want, the price and whether they already have a vendor quote. Built for equipment finance desks.
Inbound borrower calls
Calls from businesses that dialed a tracking number in our ads, routed to your loan officers and billed against a definition you approve first.
Pay-per-call business loan leads
Some borrowers want to talk to a lender before they share financials online. Our ads give them a tracking number, and the call goes to your business lending team during the hours you set.
You approve the billable-call definition before launch. It can be a call length, a qualifier such as time in business or annual revenue, or both. A call that falls short of it doesn't bill.
Each call comes with a recording, which helps your team tighten intake and gives both of us the same record of what was said.
- Tracking numbers assigned to your program
- Routing by state, product line and office hours
- Billable-call definition approved by you up front
- Recorded calls you can pull and review
- Daily and monthly caps that match your team's capacity
- The personCalls a tracking number from our ad or page
- The routingGoes to your team by ZIP and business hours
- Your teamPicks up a caller who asked for what you sell
- The billCounts once the call meets the definition we agreed
What we ask before a lead reaches you
We ask the questions that tell you which product fits before a loan officer opens the file.
- Annual revenue
- Time in business
- Self-reported credit score range
- Loan type wanted: term, SBA, equipment or line of credit
- Amount requested
- Use of proceeds
- Collateral or equipment being financed
- Business entity type and state
Consent and compliance
Each form lead confirms its phone number with a one-time text code before the form submits, and the session is captured in a TrustedForm certificate you can store with the file.
You are the lender, so underwriting, any state licensing your lending requires and commercial-financing disclosures are on your side. California and New York both have disclosure laws that can apply to small-business credit. We don't take applications, quote rates or make approval claims in our ads.
Run your own numbers
Measure us on cost per funded loan and what that loan earns over its life.
- 1Line
Cost per application = what you pay per lead ÷ the share that submit a full application
- 2Line
Cost per funded loan = what you pay per lead ÷ the share that fund
- 3Line
Loan value = interest and fee income over the term, plus any secondary-market income on SBA loans
- 4Line
Break-even per lead = loan value × the share of leads that fund
Questions buyers ask
Are business loan leads sold to one lender?
That's your call. Leads can be sold to you alone, or shared with a set number of buyers. We set it per program and write it into your agreement.
Can I take only SBA or only equipment leads?
Yes. Each lead is tagged by the product the borrower asked about, and your program can take one product or several. You can also set floors on revenue, time in business and credit range.
Do you send merchant cash advance requests here?
No. MCA requests run in a separate program built for funders and ISOs. Businesses that want a broker to shop several products go to our business funding program.
How are leads delivered?
We post each lead in real time to your loan origination system or CRM by API or webhook. Field mapping is set up and tested before the first lead.
What if a lead doesn't fit?
Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead.
How are pricing and coverage set?
Both are set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume. Calls are priced per billable call.
