MCA Leads
We run paid media that finds merchants who want working capital, then ask the questions your underwriters screen on first. These MCA leads go to funders and ISOs that write merchant cash advances, and every form lead is phone-verified before it reaches you.
Who this program is for
Shops that fund or place merchant cash advances and know what a file needs before it goes to underwriting.
- Direct MCA funders writing first and later positions
- ISOs submitting to a panel of funders
- Sales floors working inbound merchant calls
- Renewal and consolidation desks
- Funders adding revenue-based financing
What you can buy
Phone-verified merchant leads
Merchants who filled out our form and confirmed their phone with a text code. Each lead carries a TrustedForm certificate and the merchant's answers to our screening questions.
Inbound merchant calls
A merchant sees our ad, dials a tracking number and reaches your floor. Billing runs against a call definition we set with you first.
Delivery filtered to your paper
Give us your minimum monthly deposits, time in business, restricted industries and the most positions you'll fund behind. We only send merchants inside that box.
Sold to one buyer or shared
Take leads sold to you alone, or shared with a set number of buyers. You pick per program, and it's written into your agreement.
Pay-per-call MCA leads
A merchant who needs cash to cover payroll or inventory often picks up the phone instead of filling out a form. Our ads carry a tracking number that rings your ISO floor or funding desk directly.
A call becomes billable once it meets the definition we set together before the first call: a minimum call length, a screening point such as monthly deposits, or both. Calls that miss it don't bill.
Every call is recorded, so your sales managers can coach from real conversations and any question about a call gets settled by the recording.
- A dedicated tracking number for your program
- Routing by state and by the hours your reps are on the phones
- Billable-call definition written down before launch
- A recording of every call
- Hourly and daily caps sized to your floor
- The personCalls a tracking number from our ad or page
- The routingGoes to your team by ZIP and business hours
- Your teamPicks up a caller who asked for what you sell
- The billCounts once the call meets the definition we agreed
What we ask before a lead reaches you
Our form asks what a funder screens on, so your reps open with the file instead of discovery.
- Average monthly deposits into the business account
- Time in business
- Industry
- Number of open advances or positions
- Amount of funding wanted
- What the funds are for
- State the business operates in
- Business checking account in the company's name
Consent and compliance
Every form lead is phone-verified by a text code at submission and carries a TrustedForm certificate, so you hold a record of the consent and the page the merchant submitted on.
Commercial-financing disclosure laws in states such as California and New York may require you to give merchants specific disclosures before they sign. Those disclosures, your contracts and your funding decisions are yours. Our ads make no approval claims and never promise a funding amount.
Run your own numbers
Judge us on cost per funded deal and what that deal is worth to your book. Cost per lead is only the input.
- 1Line
Cost per submission = what you pay per lead ÷ the share of leads that send bank statements and get submitted
- 2Line
Cost per funded deal = what you pay per lead ÷ the share of leads that fund
- 3Line
Deal value = funded amount × your points or margin, plus the renewals that merchant takes later
- 4Line
Most you can pay per lead = deal value × the share of leads that fund
Questions buyers ask
Are these MCA leads sold to one funder?
You choose. Leads can be sold to you alone, or shared with a set number of buyers. The option is set per program and written into your agreement before the first lead.
Do you send merchants who already have positions?
Only if you want them. We ask how many open advances the merchant has, and you set the most you'll fund behind. First-position funders can take only merchants with no open advances, and stacking shops can take more.
How do leads reach my CRM?
We post leads in real time to your CRM or lead system by API or webhook. Fields like monthly deposits, time in business and open positions are mapped before launch so they land where your reps look.
What happens with a bad lead?
Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead. Both sides know up front what qualifies for a credit.
Which states and industries do you cover?
Coverage is set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume. If you don't fund certain industries or states, we filter them out of delivery.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume. Leads sold to one buyer, shared leads and billable calls are each priced on their own.
What does Apply now do?
You tell us your markets, volume and how you want leads delivered. We review it and come back with a program.
