MVA Leads
MVA leads are motor vehicle accident claimants who asked a law firm to contact them about their crash. We sell them to personal injury firms as phone-verified inquiries and inbound calls, screened for accident date, fault, injuries, treatment and representation.
Who this program is for
For PI firms that want car, truck and motorcycle crash matters in their markets.
- PI firms with an auto accident practice
- Trucking accident practices
- Motorcycle and rideshare accident attorneys
- Intake centers working MVA matters at volume
- Firms opening an auto accident practice in a new state
What you can buy
Crash claimant leads
Phone-verified inquiries from drivers and passengers hurt in a collision, with the accident details on the record.
Commercial truck accident leads
Collisions involving a semi, delivery truck or other commercial vehicle, routed only to firms that take them.
Rideshare, motorcycle and pedestrian leads
Claimants hurt as a rideshare passenger, rider, cyclist or pedestrian, tagged so intake can route them to the right attorney.
Inbound accident calls
Claimants call a tracking number from our ads and reach your intake team while the crash is recent. Billable once the call meets the definition we agree on before launch.
Pay-per-call MVA leads
After a crash, people hear from insurers, body shops and medical providers. A claimant who calls your firm from our ad has chosen to talk to a lawyer, and your intake team hears the story first-hand.
Every call rides a tracking number assigned to your program. We route by the state where the accident happened and by your intake hours, and a call becomes billable once it meets the definition we put in writing before launch, typically a call length plus a few screening answers.
Commercial truck, motorcycle and rideshare calls can run on their own numbers. A firm that takes only truck matters gets only truck calls.
- Tracking numbers by state and vehicle type
- Routing to intake by accident state and hours

What we ask before a lead reaches you
The MVA screen covers what your intake specialist asks first.
- Accident date
- State and city where the crash happened
- Their role: driver, passenger, pedestrian, cyclist or rider
- Who was at fault, and whether anyone was cited
- Injuries, and whether they've seen a doctor, urgent care or the ER
- Whether a police report was filed
- Insurance on both sides, including whether the other driver was insured
- Already represented by an attorney
Consent and compliance
Each form lead confirmed its phone number with a text code (OTP) at submission and carries a TrustedForm certificate, so intake has the consent record before it dials.
DMM sells advertising-generated inquiries. We don't refer cases, share fees or get paid per retained matter, and our ads promise no results or settlement values. Your firm decides which crash matters to take and follows its state bar's advertising and solicitation rules, including any limits on contacting accident victims.
Run your own numbers
Lead price is a starting point. The test is cost per retained MVA client, measured by your own intake numbers.
- 1Line
Screened-in rate = inquiries that pass your fault, treatment and representation criteria ÷ inquiries delivered
- 2Line
Retained rate = clients who retain your firm ÷ screened-in inquiries
- 3Line
Cost per retained client = cost per inquiry ÷ (screened-in rate × retained rate)
- 4Line
Value check = cost per retained client compared with your average fee on an MVA matter
Questions buyers ask
What's the difference between MVA leads and PI leads?
MVA leads come only from motor vehicle crashes and carry a deeper screen: role in the crash, fault, police report and insurance. Our personal injury program covers other incident types, like premises and dog bite claims.
Do you screen out claimants who already have a lawyer?
We ask every claimant whether they're already represented, and the answer is on the record. Whether that answer filters the lead out is written into your program.
Are MVA leads sold to one firm?
They can be sold to you alone, or shared with a set number of firms. Which one applies is set in your program before the first lead.
Is this a referral service?
No. DMM sells advertising-generated inquiries. We don't refer cases, share fees or get paid based on whether you take a matter.
How are pricing and coverage set?
Pricing and coverage are set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume.
What if a claimant doesn't fit our criteria?
Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead.
