Debt Settlement Leads

Debt settlement leads for companies that enroll consumers in a program and negotiate their unsecured balances with creditors. Before a consumer reaches your floor, we've asked about total debt, how many creditors they have, whether they're behind and what they could deposit each month.

Who it's for

Who this program is for

Sales floors and enrollment centers that open a dedicated account for each client and work the program creditor by creditor.

  • Debt settlement companies
  • Debt relief sales floors
  • Enrollment centers working for a settlement provider
  • Debt resolution law firms
  • Companies adding settlement to a credit counseling lineup

What you can buy

  • Phone-verified consumer leads

Each consumer typed in a text code sent to their phone before the form would submit. The lead arrives with its TrustedForm certificate and the debt answers your reps need.

  • Filtered by enrolled-debt size

Set the minimum unsecured debt your program accepts and the debt types you work, and we deliver only consumers inside that range.

  • Hardship-flagged leads

We ask whether the consumer is behind and what caused it, such as a job loss, medical bills or a divorce, so your rep knows where the conversation starts.

  • Inbound debt relief calls

Consumers who would rather talk than type call a tracking number from our ad and ring your enrollment floor.

Pay-per-call

Pay-per-call debt settlement leads

A consumer who has been dodging collection calls often wants to talk it through with a person before sharing account details on a form. Our ads give them a number, and the call rings your enrollment floor.

Calls ring only in the states you're licensed to enroll in and during the hours your floor is open. What bills is set before launch: a call length, a minimum unsecured debt stated on the call, or both.

Your compliance team can use the recordings to check that reps gave the disclosures the Telemarketing Sales Rule requires before enrollment. The same recording settles any billing question between us.

  • Numbers assigned to your enrollment program
  • Calls ring only in states you enroll and during hours your floor is open
  • Billable terms signed off before the first call
  • Every sales call recorded for your compliance review

What we ask before a lead reaches you

Our form covers the screening your enrollment reps run, so the first call is about the program.

Before a lead reaches youChecked
  • Total unsecured debt, as a range
  • Types of debt: credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, collections
  • Number of creditors
  • Current on payments or behind
  • Reason for the hardship
  • Monthly income range
  • What they could put toward a monthly program deposit
  • State of residence
Consent and compliance

Consent and compliance

A consumer can't submit our form without entering the text code sent to their phone. The submission is captured in a TrustedForm certificate, so each lead arrives with its own consent record.

The Telemarketing Sales Rule applies to your sales, including its advance-fee ban: no fee until at least one enrolled debt has been settled and the client has made at least one payment under that settlement. State debt-settlement licensing and disclosure rules are yours too. We don't enroll anyone, and our ads make no claims about savings, payoff timelines or credit scores.

The math

Run your own numbers

Judge us on cost per enrolled client who stays to a first settlement, since that's when the advance-fee rule lets your fees start.

  1. 1Line

Cost per enrolled client = what you pay per lead ÷ the share that enroll

  2. 2Line

Cost per client at first settlement = what you pay per lead ÷ the share still enrolled when their first debt settles

  3. 3Line

Fee per client = the fee on each settled debt, added up across every debt that settles

  4. 4Line

Drop rate = clients who cancel before a first settlement ÷ clients enrolled

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Are debt settlement leads sold to one company?

They can be sold to you alone, or shared with a set number of debt relief companies. We agree on that before launch and put it in writing.

Can I set a minimum debt amount?

Yes. Consumers give their total unsecured debt as a range, and anything below your floor never reaches you. Debt types you don't work can be excluded too.

Do you send secured debt like mortgages or auto loans?

No. This program screens for unsecured debt, the debt a settlement program can enroll.

How are leads delivered?

Leads arrive in real time in your CRM or dialer by API or webhook. Debt amount, creditor count, hardship and monthly deposit each land in their own field.

What about returns?

Return rules are written into your agreement before the first lead.

How are pricing and coverage set?

Both are set per program after you apply, based on your markets and volume. We only deliver in the states you're licensed to enroll in.

What does Apply now do?

You tell us your markets, volume and how you want leads delivered. We review it and come back with a program.
