Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) provides a process for copyright holders to report alleged copyright infringement. Direct Marketing Media, Inc. (“DMM”, “we”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. This policy outlines how copyright owners can report infringement, and how affected users can respond.

For more information about the DMCA, please visit the U.S. Copyright Office at

https://www.copyright.gov.

Note: This page does not constitute legal advice. If you believe your content has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement—or if you are responding to a claim—it is strongly recommended that you consult with an attorney before taking action.

Accuracy of Information

The DMCA requires that all claims and counterclaims be submitted under penalty of perjury. Providing false information can result in legal and financial liability. (See 18 U.S.C. § 1621.)

Investigate First

We ask that copyright holders thoroughly investigate any alleged unauthorized use before submitting a takedown request. Millions of individuals and organizations create content using our services, and misuse of the DMCA process can have serious consequences.

We recommend contacting the user directly before submitting a formal notice.

No Automated Submissions

We do not accept DMCA notices generated or submitted by automated bots. If you’re working with a third party, ensure that a trained professional is reviewing every notice before it’s sent.

Your counter notice must include:

  1. Your full name and electronic signature;

  5. Your contact information (full name, address, phone number, and email).

You may send your counter notice by email to [email protected] or by mail to the address listed above.
